DX MOBILE PRIVACY NOTICE
This Mobile Credit Card App Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes how Tri State Rail Federal Credit Union collects, retains, uses, processes, shares, and transfers your information within the mobile app (“Mobile App”).
By using our DX Mobile App, you agree and consent to the terms and conditions of this Notice. For more information about privacy as it applies to your account, please see the Tri State Rail Federal Credit Unions- Privacy Notice.

What Information Do We Collect with our DX Mobile Credit Card App
Our Credit Card Mobile App collects information that identifies you, as well as online data about you. The types of information we collect may depend on which Tri State Rail Federal Credit Union product(s) or service(s) you use.
We collect the following categories of information:
1. Contact Information, such as first and last name, home or physical address, email address, telephone number, and any other identifier that permits the physical or online contacting of a specific individual.
2. Sensitive Information and Other Personal Identifiers, such as social security number, date of birth, government identifiers, account access credentials, biometric information, demographic data, and other information collected on an application.
3. Account or Application Information, such account number (including credit or debit card number and details), account history, account balances, loan details, credit and income information, or enrollment in alerts.
4. Device Information, such as device ID, operating system, IP address, general location, geolocation data (including device location and certain device information using a cellular network location, Wi-Fi networks, browser services, mobile location services if turned on, or other information you provide).
5. Activity Data, interaction with our App and usage information.
6. Other Personal Information, such as third-party bank information to complete a funds transfer or any other information you may provide when using our Mobile App.

How We Use Information We Collect in the Mobile Credit Card App
Information collected from and about you online as described in this Notice may be used for different purposes. We use information as identified below and as otherwise permitted by law and to comply with the law. We use the information we collect from you to:
1. Deliver products and services. We may use your information for processing an application or completing a transaction that you requested, for servicing and managing your accounts, sending you an alert you signed up for, verifying your identity, providing customer service or support, and communicating with you about your account.
2. Security purposes. We may use your information to protect our company, our customers, and Credit Union from fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims and liabilities, and to manage risk. For example, if you have location services turned on while you are using the Mobile Apps, we may use that data to help identify potential fraudulent transactions.
3. Communicate with you about your account or our relationship. We may contact you about your account, the services we provide to you, or for feedback. We may also contact you about this Notice or our Terms of Use. We use the contact information you provide to communicate with you. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current with us.

Information Retention
We may keep Personal Information as long as necessary or relevant for the practices described in this Notice or as otherwise required by law. Actual retention periods vary depending on particular services and products. We use the following to determine retention periods:
• Personal Information needed to provide our services and products as described in this Notice (for example, to provide access to the Mobile Apps);
• Personal Information needed for auditing purposes;
• Personal Information needed to troubleshoot problems or to assist with investigations;
• Personal Information needed to enforce our policies; and
• Personal Information needed to comply with legal requirements.

Regulations require all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person for whom we open or have established an account. It is the policy of Tri State Rail Federal Credit Union that our records reflect our customer’s name, physical address, date of birth, and identification number. With respect to records such as customer applications, account statements, and payments on the account, Tru State Rail Federal Credit Union generally retains those records for a minimum of seven years.
If you use our Mobile App, see “How to Delete my Mobile App Account” section below. Please note that deleting the Mobile App will not delete your Tri State Rail Federal Credit Union account, and we will need to maintain information to service your account. Additionally, as a regulated financial institution, we have certain legal obligations to retain certain information for regulatory compliance purposes.

How to Delete my Mobile App Account
To delete your account on our Mobile Credit Card APP- navigate to the Profile Settings page by opening the hamburger menu and selecting the edit icon; the Profile Settings page can also be accessed by selecting the profile picture on the Account Summary page. On the Edit Profile page, select “DELETE ACCOUNT” at the bottom of the list of options. A notice will appear advising you that account deletion will remove the user profile from the application and prevent future login. When you acknowledge this, a “Last chance” screen will populate with the option to “DELETE” or exit (“Never mind, I want to stay”). Upon selecting “DELETE,” a confirmation message will populate indicating that the account has been deleted.
